Rental Policies and Information (Please refer to Rental Agreement at your appointment for more specified policies)
  • Each room/facility rental price includes the use of the Bar and the Kitchen.
  • Both rooms could be rented for a Low Price (please inquire)
  • The Venue or Rooms could be rented for 6 Hours with the possibility of overtime.
  • All Events must end at 12am, not including cleaning of the premises.
  • Renter is responsible for the Clean-up of the Facility Rented, that it includes all Decorations and such.
  • Overtime as fore mentioned is available for a fee.
  • Renter may have access to the facility 3 hours prior to Rental Time to decorate the facility for the event.(Please refer to contract for specified decoration policies)
  • A Security Guard is required for all events. Amount of security personnel increases according to the number of people present at your event during the facility rental.
